  • information that is put on the Website without prior consultation with Novish.

Dutch text shall be binding

(6) The Terms of Use are available in Dutch and English. In the event of a dispute about the content and/or purport of the Terms of Use, only the Dutch text and its meaning in the Dutch jurisdiction will be binding.
