Preparation method

Frying pan: Deep fry the frozen filets in 175 °C oil for 5-6 minutes.

Pan: Heat the filets in a little oil over medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Turn regularly.

Airfryer: fry the filets at 175 °C for 12-15 minutes.
