How to prepare it?
Prepare the Novish fillets for 12-15 minutes in the air fryer at 175 degrees or in the pan on medium heat.
Toast 8 slices of bread (in a sandwich toaster or on the grill).
Spread vegan ravigote sauce on the toast. Cut the tomato and cucumber into fine slices and grate the carrot. Put the vegetables on two slices of bread with some lettuce on top.
Cut the baked fillets in half vertically so that you have thinner slices and put the fillets on the remaining two slices of bread. Insert four skewers so that you can cut the club sandwich into four parts. Enjoy!
